The Delegated Managers are supported by the Partners of NewBridge Partners, who themselves have wide experience in consulting and senior corporate management, in situations similar to those for which the firm is today being approached.
The Partners of NewBridge Partners are actively involved in each mission. Their role, like the operating team's, is adapted to each specific situation : consulting for the client, advising the Delegated Managers, providing an additional « task force » when needed or leading a complete operating team.
The Partners provide valuable support to both the client’s Management and to Delegated Managers, establishing the mission’s initial framework, then developing action plans and lastly, and above all, ensuring continuous operational follow through of the entrusted project or mandate.
The Partners guarantee the added value provided by the firm for each mission, delivering the highest service levels and daily developing new standards of excellence.
