NewBridge Partners specialises in the implementation of operational managerial solutions in high-pressure situations. In order to conduct its missions the Firm relies on its remarkable pool of managers who join our clients' organizations on a temporary basis to handle key operational responsibilities.

NewBridge Partners offers a close-knit team of approximately one hundred experienced managers – the NewBridge Circle – most of whom have between 15 and 20 years’ professional experience and have successfully delivered a broad range of operational management missions across an extremely varied spectrum of situations, from straightforward transitions to the recovery of companies in crisis involving longer-term appointments.

Outside this inner circle, the Firm has access to the services of many hundreds of operational managers, each of whom has passed through a rigorous qualification and selection program. All the traditional Board functions are represented here (CEO, COO, CFO, etc.), as well as more operational areas, such as Purchasing, IT, Production, Supply Chain and Major Project Management.

Our selection program is based on their overall experience and more specific and technical skills. Following to a first examination of their profile, NewBridge interviews each of them to further assess their competences and identify their interests.

For each mission conducted by NewBridge, we suitably select our operational managers among our network to meet our clients' needs. Before starting the mission, the selected manager goes through another round of interviews with our Partners and is subjected to the client's approval.
