Our practices
NewBridge Partners’ business is fairly divided into three main practices: Transition Management, Performance Improvement and Restructuring & Turnaround. Our Firm has a recognized expertize in each of these fields, which allow us to provide our customer with integrated and complete solutions.
Our sectors
NewBridge's pool of managers gathers every kind of education and professional backgrounds, which allows us to intervene in the majority of key economic sectors. However, most of our clients operate in manufacturing or B2B services. Through the missions we conducted and thanks to the inputs from our Partners and Advisors, we have more particularly developed know-how beyond compare regarding the chemical industry, the agribusiness, the automotive industry, the energy industry or high-tech.
Our functions
All the traditional Board functions (CEO, COO, CFO, etc.) are represented in our pool of managers, as well as more operational areas, such as Purchasing, IT, Production, Supply Chain and Major Project Management. When we select our operational teams, we show flexibility and combine those different competences in order to provide our clients with solutions which perfectly meet their needs. The Firm adjusts its management and control mechanisms, and involves its Partners directly, as the situation and the risk require.
Our geography
NewBridge Partners was established in Paris in 2004 but has achieved a remarkable development on global market. Indeed, our Firm now conducts most of its missions out of France from its offices in Brussels, London, Shanghai and Beijing in China, New Delhi and Moscow. In every country where we operate we have made up a network of highly qualified ressources, which allow us to appoint the most competent managers for each of our assignments. Moreover, each of our offices is overseen by Partners and Senior Advisors who all have significant experience in local markets. Thus, NewBridge Partners is able to support its clients' international development and provide them with the same quality of service no matter where they operate.
- NewBridge Partners China as an example: NewBridge Partners intervenes in China since 2007 thanks to its unparalleled pool of 500 highly qualified temporary Western and Chinese managers, and has already completed more than 45 assignments, including 4 major “greenfield” projects for a total of 2 billion Chinese Yuan
