Breakfast Seminar - Intellectual Property Rights
On June 1st 2011 in Beijing, NewBridge Partners continued its series of executive breakfast seminars on a topic that had proven to be quite attractive in Shanghai: situation, evolution and case studies around Intellectual Property in China. The NewBridge Partners seminars aim at sharing experiences and lessons learned between senior executives on specific business or strategic topics in China.
Our keynote speakers, Mr. Paul Ranjard (Of Counsel to Wan Hui Da IP and Representative of UNIFAB) and Mr. Yin Xintian (Senior Partner at Wan Hui Da IP Agency), accepted to share their insightful experiences with the participants on how Intellectual Property Rights are handled in China through both trademarks and patent filing cases, as well as on the future perspectives for companies that wish to operate Research and Development Centers in China.
