TEAM

• An experienced Chinese interim HR Director, with deep experience of organizational issues
• 1 Partner + 1 Industrial auditor

TASKS

• Audit of all management functions and Comex
• Interviews of the main local executives and of their correspondents at the group’s HQ
• Audit of reporting, communication and Business Reviews processes
• Expertise report and recommendations for the reorganization and readjustment of management team

OUTCOME

• Recruitment of CEO based on NewBridge’s recommendations and position definition
• Redefinition of the governance policy between headquarters and subsidiaries
• Adaptation of production tools (debottlenecking)
