- Drastic improvement of results and outlooks, on a topic key to group’s development
TEAM
- An experienced Chinese interim HR Director, with deep experience of organizational issues
- 1 Partner + 1 Industrial auditor
TASKS
- Audit of all management functions and Comex
- Interviews of the main local executives and of their correspondents at the group’s HQ
- Audit of reporting, communication and Business Reviews processes
- Expertise report and recommendations for the reorganization and readjustment of management team
OUTCOME
- Recruitment of CEO based on NewBridge’s recommendations and position definition
- Redefinition of the governance policy between headquarters and subsidiaries
- Adaptation of production tools (debottlenecking)
