  • Audit of all management functions and Comex
  • Interviews of the main local executives and of their correspondents at the group’s HQ
  • Audit of reporting, communication and Business Reviews processes
  • Expertise report and recommendations for the reorganization and readjustment of management team

  • Recruitment of CEO based on NewBridge’s recommendations and position definition
  • Redefinition of the governance policy between headquarters and subsidiaries
