CONTEXT
- Company is a French subsidiary (sales €120m) of a car manufacturer, in the process of switching from pure manufacturing to a service based business model.
OBJECTIVES
- To increase performances while managing business switch and transformation of activities
TASKS
- Set-up of an organization fitting the new proposition (services)
- Downsizing of indirect staff
- Pooling of IT software (3-D)
- Non-renewal or renegotiation of unprofitable agreements
- Valuation of real estate assets
OUTCOME
- Plan accepted by creditors of the holding company
- Subsidiary operational and ready for sale, in 6 months
