  • To increase performances while managing business switch and transformation of activities

  • Set-up of an organization fitting the new proposition (services)
  • Downsizing of indirect staff
  • Pooling of IT software (3-D)
  • Non-renewal or renegotiation of unprofitable agreements
  • Valuation of real estate assets

OUTCOME

  • Plan accepted by creditors of the holding company
  • Subsidiary operational and ready for sale, in 6 months
