• Plant GM taking a sudden leave of absence, while being the only person with direct reporting line to the Headquarters
• Plant at a loss for 5 years, no improvement in sight

OBJECTIVES

• Cover for the GM, and restructure the Group (3 entities) sales network in China

OUTCOME

• Mission still on-going, but communication between the entities led to a clear China vision;
