At NewBridge Partners, responsiveness is paramount. A mission team can be at work on the shop floor within 10 days of the client’s initial request.
NewBridge Partners' model combines an extreme reactivity with a maximum flexibility and efficiency: our roles are tailored to the intensity of change required with adapted team structures. According to the clients' needs we can provide a basic support to the operational manager(s), for example on the occasion of an interim transition, an extended support or the full monitoring of a guided team to carry out major transformation projects. Thus, our Partners can advise the client, support the operational manager(s), provide an additional 'task force' when needed or lead a complete operating team.
Tried and tested intervention protocols, in each practice, dictate – strictly but flexibly – the way every project or assignment is carried out:
- Missions are framed and monitored by following a rigorous, formalized process
- An Ethical Charter sets out a strict code of conduct, binding on all of our personnel
- A detailed Mission Letter is drawn up and co-signed by all parties a few weeks after the start of the mission
- The results and impact of our missions or assignments are monitored continuously
- A significant share of our remuneration may, in some cases, be linked to the performance of our interventions.
