For every mission NewBridge Partners is entrusted with, the Firm follows tested operating procedures which have led more than 350 missions to success. This methodology enables a genuine relationship between the client, the managers appointed by NewBridge and the Partners of the Firm. It ensures a trust building approach which is suitable for performance and meeting commitments.

Each mission is officially and carefully framed:

• before going into action our staff and managers sign an Ethical Charter which sets out a strict code of conduct;
• right after the start of the mission the three parties agree on a Mission Letter which specifies the mission’s schedule and objectives;
• all the way through the mission we monitor the results and the impact of our actions.
